Products and Services:

Our classes are designed to train and evaluate educators to carry defensive handguns on school campus.  We provide the Texas D.P.S.-approved training for school districts and teachers.  We also include a custom training plan based on your educational needs and environment.  During the state-mandated two days of instruction we place students into real-world scenarios and testing.  We are certified and use state of the art UTM (Ultimate Training Munitions) non-lethal Man Marker ammunition and converted Glock 17s and Glock 19s to place the student in a situation where they must defend the educational environment against many different aggressors and situations.

 

The four core topics instructed as required by the Texas Department of Public Safety (D.P.S.) are...

  • Protection of Students

  • Interaction of license holders with first responders

  • Tactics for denying an intruder entry into a classroom or school facility

  • Methods for increasing a license holder's accuracy with a handgun while under duress

 

Upon successful completion of the course, the participant will receive a Texas D.P.S. Proof of Training Form.  Completed courses will be then filed with Texas Department of Public Safety as a part of their License to Carry in accordance with Texas Government Code 411.1901.  Our course provides a level of training unsurpassed in Texas.  Not only does it give the stakeholders a liability shield against claims, but it gives the administrators a view of the skill level of their employees.

 

We are registered consultants with the Texas School Safety Center and are authorized to complete all mandated School Safety Audits to comply with TxSSC 3yr audit mandates.
