Contract Term:  August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2025, with an option to extend for three additional one-year periods ending July 31, 2026, July 31, 2027, and July 31, 2028.

Henthorn Commercial Construction, LLC was formed in 2008. We are located in West Texas and the
Dallas-Ft. Worth metro area. We serve our clients with a team of construction managers with over 75-
years of combined knowledge and experience. With a personal, hands-on approach, we take pride in
being a dependable resource of talent and professionalism in our industry. Our ultimate goal is to build
remarkable structures and respectable client relationships that stand the test of time. We offer a variety
of commercial construction services including job order contracting, building construction, construction
management, construction add-ons and interior and exterior remodeling. Our portfolio reflects a broad
range of new construction and renovation projects including schools (grades K-12), higher education,
restaurants, entertainment venues, civic, financial institutions, churches, multi-family residential, hotels,
and custom retail.

Our management team takes a professional approach to all the projects we construct. Mike Henthorn,
Tyler Henthorn, Jim Kilroy, Rhett Dawson, Heath Davidson, Bryan Walters, and Liz Lonngren not only
manage the administrative aspects of the projects we construct but are on the job sites on a daily basis
guiding the construction process. Our availability to our on-site superintendents and foremen and you,
our client, streamlining the project process and success. All our personal cell phone numbers will be
made available to you, allowing you to contact us 24-7.

We maintain a full-time staff of 50+ skilled tradesmen and laborers. As a result, we can self-perform
some of the tasks normally delegated to a sub-contractor. This approach saves you time and money. Our
crew is experienced in the construction process from rough carpentry and iron work to finish carpentry
and millwork, including minor plumbing and electrical. We typically subcontract out mechanical,
electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, underground utilities, large framing, and dry wall jobs (we
self-perform many framing and drywall jobs) and flooring. We can self-perform smaller dirt work and
concrete projects, as well as all of Division 10 items.
