Proposals must be submitted electronically through IonWave, a web-based online bidding process.

Proposals, including all information required herein, must be received no later than 12/10/2024 at 2:00 p.m., at which time the proposals will be opened. The bid opening will take place in the Region 16 Education Service Center Business Office.
