Ordering Instructions: STEMscopes is purchased on a per-student licensing basis. A minimum digital license purchase of the total building grade-level enrollment is required. After working with the client to identify program
needs, a customized proposal is developed through our CRM system and shared in a PDF format with the client contact via email. It will include all billing information, payment methods, product and subscription costs breakdown, and any supplemental print or kit options. Once the client has communicated that they accept the proposal, a purchase order is required by ALI to fulfill the order. Standard PO processing time is 24-48 business hours. Delivery of any physical product is a standard 10-14 business days.
