Rebate dollars are calculated based on varying spend levels.
TexBuy Member Spends Rebate %
$50,000 to $1,000,000 30% of net fees
$1,000,000 to $5,000,000 40% of net fees
$5,000,000 and up 50% of net fees

Utilizing TexBuy Contracts, TexBuy Members must reach $50,000 in cumulative (all TexBuy vendors combined) purchases annually to qualify for a rebate.
* Annual purchases are accrued from January 1st to December 31st (Calendar year).
* Because TexBuy Members order directly from the vendors, TexBuy relies solely on sales reports received from the vendors. Entities are encouraged to track their spending when utilizing TexBuy contracts. As always, ALL Purchase Orders must reference "Per TexBuy Contract#
xxx" (found on the TexBuy website). All payments are based on tiered administrative fees actually received by TexBuy. Therefore, TexBuy will not give rebates to entities for fees a vendor has not paid to TexBuy.
