Region 16 Education Service Center is accepting proposals on behalf of TexBuy Purchasing Cooperative (“TexBuy”) in response to this Request for Proposal for Instructional Materials, Supplies. Equipment, and Software.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through Ion Wave, a web-based online bidding process at http:texbuy.ionwave.net.

Proposals, including all information required herein, must be received no later than 08/04/2026 at 2:00 p.m., at which time the proposals will be opened. The bid opening will take place at Region 16 Education Service Center.

TexBuy Purchasing Cooperative is proud to announce a new partnership with Euna Procurement, Powered by Ion Wave; a web based online bidding process.

In order to receive a bid notification and respond you must be registered through Ion Wave.
