Current Bids

Bids will be received by Region 16 Education Service Center on behalf of TexBuy Purchasing Cooperative until 2:00 p.m. CST, Tuesday, June 10, 2025, for the following categories:

• TexBuy RFP #025-066 – Technology Products and Solutions Catalog
• TexBuy RFP #025-088 – Job Order Contracting, IQID, Consulting Services
• TexBuy RFP #025-090 – Edge Data Center and NOC Services

Bidders must be able to provide their proposed products and services in every geographic region of Texas or must clearly specify which geographic region(s) they will cover.

The bid is obtainable through TexBuy’s Ion Wave electronic bidding system at https://texbuy.ionwave.net to log in or select Supplier Registration to begin the registration process. Only electronic bid submissions will be accepted. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the TexBuy / IonWave procurement portal. 

Region 16 ESC/TexBuy reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part; to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bids, and to accept the bids, which at its discretion, within Texas state law, are in the best interest of Region 16 ESC/TexBuy and its Participating Entities.  Bids will be opened and read immediately following the deadline.
