Region 16 Education Service Center is accepting proposals on behalf of TexBuy Purchasing Cooperative (“TexBuy”) in response to this Request for Proposal for State-Wide Office and Classroom Supplies & Equipment.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through Ion Wave, a web-based online bidding process at http:texbuy.ionwave.net.

Proposals, including all information required herein, must be received no later than 06/02/2026 at 2:00 p.m., at which time the proposals will be opened. The bid opening will take place in the Region 16 Education Service Center Business Office.
