Thirteen Tosa certifications are now approved on the Texas IBC List and available as a proficiency-based option for digital and technical skills validation across the state from desktop and collaborative applications, digital arts applications, digital literacy, cyber security, web development, and coding. Tosa certifications are industry-aligned and globally recognized.
