Products and Services:
Target Evolution Inc. is dedicated to providing unique opportunities for youth workforce development, leadership, and entrepreneurship—and has been since our establishment in 2011. We are a Department of Labor-Registered Apprenticeship Program for retail management and customer service. Over the past few years, we have trained over 3,000 youth ages 8–19, achieving a 90% program completion rate, with 97% of participants reporting enhanced confidence and career skills. Graduates earn an average of $300–$400 per month following program completion.
We have designed the fastest way for a young person to transition from having no money or skills to generating income. Through our "Teen Biz" program, participants customize and sell proven products in a safe environment. Youth begin with our physical small business startup kit, the "Teen Biz Box," which includes art supplies and over $150 in product inventory to design and sell. The kit requires no mess, glue, baking, or screens. We then elevate the experience through the "Teen Biz Shop"—physical pop-up locations in high-traffic retail spaces and shopping malls. This real-world environment empowers students to build transferable career skills, including professional communication, social interaction, and self-confidence, all while earning money.
Target Evolution supplies schools and community organizations with workbooks, training guides, and the Teen Biz Box, enabling educators to seamlessly integrate our entrepreneurship and retail management curricula. Additionally, we assist schools in organizing and marketing pop-up opportunities for students to learn and earn. This initiative economically empowers families, drives positive community engagement, helps increase school enrollment, and contributes to improved academic performance and test scores.
