Contract Term: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028 with the option to extend for 36 additional months in 12-month increments through December 31, 2029, December 31, 2030 and December 31, 2031.
Full-service commercial and federal roofing contractor providing complete roof replacement, repair, and maintenance solutions
Proven experience delivering projects for government, military, transportation, education, and healthcare facilities
Expertise in multiple roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and built-up roofing (BUR)
Ability to perform work in occupied, mission-critical, and secure facilities with minimal disruption to operations
Strong project management, quality control, and safety programs that meet or exceed federal and industry standards
Self-perform capabilities supported by skilled labor, experienced supervision, and specialized equipment
Comprehensive scope delivery including demolition, installation, insulation, flashing, waterproofing, and roof accessories
Demonstrated success working in remote, high-security, and challenging environments with complex logistics
Commitment to schedule adherence, cost control, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Compliance with OSHA regulations, EM 385-1-1, and site-specific safety requirements
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure seamless execution
Focus on long-term performance, warranty compliance, and customer satisfaction through durable roofing solutions
