-Strong industry ties including strong subcontractor trade partner relationships across the Texas region and beyond and multiple large scale teaming agreements for federal or ground up airport facility work
- Extensive experience closely cooperating with state agencies to cover acute needs in budget or time, or consulting on large scale program management
