Expertise in low-slope and steep-slope roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, SBS, built-up roofing, and shingles
Advanced capabilities in standing seam and architectural metal roofing systems
Custom architectural metal fabrication and installation, including fascia, soffits, copings, flashings, gutters, and downspouts
Roof deck assessment, repair, and replacement, including metal decking removal, reinforcement, and field welding
Installation and replacement of internal roof drainage systems, scuppers, overflow drains, and tapered insulation
High-wind and severe weather roofing solutions, including enhanced fastening systems and structural coordination
Design-Build roofing delivery, including phased design coordination (35%, 75%, 100%) and constructability reviews
Coordination of structural and engineering design services to support roof system performance and longevity
